5 Deep & Thought Provoking Questions you need to ask yourself

Many of us run through life at breakneck speed, never taking the time to really ask ourselves how we feel about ourselves. In fact, some people might roll their eyes at just reading this. But there is a good reason for taking inventory of our feelings, and there's never going to be a better time to do it.

After you answer the 5 questions below, you may find that you are a pretty awesome person--in fact, you may find that you like yourself better after answering these questions!


As you ask yourself the questions below, recall actual experiences.

  1. How do you feel when you figure out how to to do something?

  2. How do you feel when you do something kind for someone (especially someone who cannot return the favor)?

  3. How do you feel when you successfully fight the urge to say or do something you know you shouldn't?

  4. How do you feel when you do something you didn’t think you could do?

  5. How do you feel when someone expresses their appreciation for something you said or did?


Hopefully your answers have revealed or confirmed that you are truly awesome. When we feel better about ourselves, we generally feel better about our circumstances and are more optimistic about our future.
